As you can see ... yes, it's only Jan 4, and I already missed a day. I know, shame on me. The no excuses excuse is -- digestive problems, $192 speeding ticket (not me), migraine ... BAD migraine ... 'nough said.
So ... today, I'm back to day 2 - Low Intensity, Pansara yoga, done 3 times. I need the good stretch. Attempt #2 at Moderate Intensity day tomorrow.

Day 2 - getting a touch harder
Today's session is Low Intensity with Prasara yoga done 3 rounds. I gotta say, the dude in the video is VERY flexible. I was following along the first round and I already breaking out in a bit of sweat. Granted I was in long sleeves and sweat pants ... but still! Let's see how moderate intensity day goes tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get to it earlier in the day and not at 10p!

Jan 1 ... the easy one
It's 11.23a and completed my 1st 4 day cycle routine. Piece of cake, because according to the 4 day cycle, today's is the No Intensity routine day. Basically about 10 minutes of stretching. Like, like, like so far. Let's see what I'll say come days 3 and 4 -- mid and high intensity routines.
